• Background Verification (BGV): Pre-employment credential, education, and employment history screening.

03. Client & Employer Responsibilities

Corporate clients engaging Anshivya Group for recruitment, payroll, or consulting services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete job descriptions, remuneration details, and hiring criteria.
• Adhere to agreed commercial contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and fee schedule terms.
• Maintain workplace safety, statutory labor standards, and ethical treatment for deployed personnel.
• Treat all candidate profile data provided by Anshivya with strict confidentiality.

04. Candidate Application Accuracy

Job seekers submitting resumes, credentials, or personal information to Anshivya Group warrant that:

• All information supplied regarding academic qualifications, past employment, and salary history is authentic and truthful.
• They authorize Anshivya Group to verify credentials with listed past employers and educational institutions.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or placement with a client enterprise.
